I'm not being a dick.  I know a LOT of people and not a single one who got married young is:

 a.)  Still married.

 or

b.)  Remotely happy and not bitter.

I just think people are really, really naive about marriage in 2007.  Sure, you're happy now.  But I'll check back on this message board in five years and see how many of the happily married now, still are.

It's the nicest prison you'll ever stay in.

One potential word of caution, remember that personal CDs aren't licensed for public performance.  While it's possible the venue is paying the fees, they more than likely leave it up to who is providing the music to ensure the proper fees are paid.

Mr. Wallace, that says a lot more about your friends than it does about society, and having seen numerous posts by you in the past few months, I'm not a bit surprised that most people (married or otherwise) who know you aren't happy.

I think Brian's comments do have some credence. 50% of marriages end in divorce, and certainly many others live on in a manner well short of happiness.

That being said, how do we know those people involved weren't happier in the marriages (and subsequent divorces for some) than they would have been had they been single the whole time?

It leads to anarchy and encourages anti-social behavior:

People who speak out against marraige are usually the ones who can't find anyone to love them.

We used DJ Lil E.  My wife and I were very happy.  Professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced, worked with our musical taste and good at reading the crowd.
