Where can I watch the non-local broadcasts of the first round of the NCAAs in Virginia?
 
 Preferably, somewhere I can actually hear the sound..

I would assume you could see all the games at Summers (near the Arlington Courthouse).  
 
 Unless there is some major runny-kicky tournament that I am unaware of.

this is when working until 8 sucks. i'll be at home after that, best place in my opinion
