Parking Lot for LATE SHOW

Hi,
 I have never attended a late show, so my question is if I buy a parking pass online will a parking spot be reserved for me all night??
 
 Or would I have to get there before the early show to guarantee a spot?

When there is a lte show there are only a limited number of spaces available on line for purchase.  After those are gone it is on a first come first serve basis,  but don't arrive before the early show because the lot will be populated by people for the early show.
