will call for all shows

the last 3 shows i've bought off of tickets.com for the 930 club have not given me the option to have the tickets mailed to me only will call pick up.
 
 this hurts me b/c my exam schedule changes frequently and basically makes it much harder for me to just give my tix away the night of a show w/o actually showing up to the club.
 
 is the new policy for every show? and is there anyway i can pick the tix up before the day of

We've only had one show recently to my knowledge where ticketes were only available via will call. There is a cut off point though where if you purchase tickets too close to the show date they will not be mailed.
