I tried to buy tickets to the travis show through tickets.com but it didn't recognize my credit card. So i tried a few more times, with no success. So i looked at my card's information (it's a check card, actually) and found that i'd been charged for the tickets anyway. So, how do I find out some sort of way to get information - did i really get the tickets, are they going to be mailed to me, etc...?
