Will Call Question

I've got a ticket at will call for the Paramore show on Sat. night that I'm going to let my sister use for the show instead of me.  What does she need to be able to pick it up?

You can either call tickets.com (800) 352-0212 and change the name for will call (best solution, but needs to be done prior to day of show). Or you can give a copy of your credit card and ID, along with the confirmation # to the person picking up tickets to present at the box office the evening of the show.
