not sure where else this belonged, so here goes... this sh*t really really bugs me:

Do You Have the Right to Flip Off a Cop?

apparently you do!  but some cops might tell you otherwise feigning ignorance, fine you, and hope that you don't know any better or research your rights.

total abuse of power.  i hope someone told this phone:
