Clavius Productions presents a rare DC performance by Husker Du's Grant Hart, who will play deep cuts from both his solo catalog and Husker Du's. IMO, Hart wrote half (if not more) of Husker's great songs, such as "Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill," "Diane" and "Books About UFOs." He'll be playing solo with an amplified acoustic. Opening are local harDCore punks Ambition Burning, and Thee Ultimate VAG, who will be celebrating guitarist and "noise-pop stud" Chris Grier's 68th birthday by getting loose and ripping through something on Zen Arcade. Maybe.
