Fleet Foxes Presale Mysteries
« on: February 01, 2011, 01:16:35 pm »
So I managed to beat the usual site-crash and secure four solid ones... but what came through on the other end is a bundle of PDFs with my name and individual codes, stating "THIS IS NOT A TICKET!" and that I've got to bring my ID to the venue -- an anti-scalping measure, I assume. That's all well and good.

The odd thing is that they say "GA." Far's I know, DAR is never ever GA. So how do I know where my seats are? What gives? Anyone else in the same position?

Just got this email.

When will I receive my tickets to the show?
If you purchased will-call tickets, your tickets will be held at the box office under the ticket recipient's first and last name.  You can verify your ticket type by looking at your Fleet Foxes receipt.

Where do I pick up my will call tickets?
Will-call tickets will be available to pick up day of show.  Some venues may let you pick them from the box office up earlier, but please note that final guest lists will be sent to all venues by end of February - so please do not try to pick them up before then.  You will be asked to present a photo ID to pick up your tickets.

When do I receive my physical tickets?
If you purchased physical tickets, your tickets will ship by the first week of March in a standard white envelope. Please keep an eye out.

What happens if my tickets never arrive in the mail?
Please email Customer Support no later than 48 hours prior to your show with the subject line "MISSING FLEET FOXES TICKETS," and we'll have your lost tickets reprinted for you. Your tickets will be held at will call and available for pick up the night of the show. Please note that requesting will call ticket reprints invalidates your original tickets so you must pick up your new tickets at will call.

Where are my reserved seats located?
Tickets are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we apologize, but we can't send you your exact seat assignments in advance. However, we can let you know where seats are located for the reserved-seat venues. Please see below:

The Orpheum - Boston - Tickets are located in the Orchestra, back to row F.
Ryman Auditorium - Nashville - Tickets are located on the Main Floor back to row M and in the Balcony back to row P.
DAR Constitution Hall - Washington, D.C. - Tickets are located in the Orchestra, back to row AA.
Tower Theatre - Upper Darby - Tickets are located in the Pit, Orchestra and Center Loge.
United Palace Theatre - New York - Tickets are located in the Orchestra and Lower Loge.

I preordered the CD or vinyl bundled with a ticket - when will Helplessness Blues ship to me?
Helplessness Blues will likely ship out by Friday, April 29th, for delivery by street date on Tuesday, May 3rd.  Your digital download will be delivered to you via email by midnight ET on Tuesday, May 3rd.  On that day, please check your email for an updated version of your receipt that includes a download link.

Thanks so much,
Fleet Foxes Customer Support
