Tickets are under my husband's name and he's not sure he'll get out of work in time. Can I bring a photocopy of his ID to pick up tickets or does he have to be there personally? Thanks!

As long as you bring the photocopy of the ID and the credit card you will be good to go.

The following items will be needed to claim tickets under another name:

? A photocopy of the original purchasers ID
? A photocopy of the card used to make the purchase (all but the last 4 digits can be blacked out)
? The confirmation order number

Great, thanks for the info. One more ? Just to cover my bases....these tickets were presale through TATE store. They told me tickets would be available with proper ID. I can still bring everything you need and I have the confirmation email from them....will that be ok?

Good thing you decided to cover your bases!  You will need to contact the fan club to make that change and then they will send it to us.  We can't issue fan club tickets to anyone other than the name on the list.
