XM/Sirius drops BBC Radio 1
« on: August 11, 2011, 11:15:34 pm »
In a totally bone-headed extremely stupid move, someone at corporate has decided to axe BBC Radio 1 from XM/Sirius' channel line-up and replaces it with 'Studio 54' (starting Aug. 15th)- really?  disco?  (this must all be a bad dream)

anyway, stating I'm livid would be an understatement:

so there's a petition:

http://www.iwantmyradio1.com/

and a facebook page:

told you sirius sucks now.  run by people who shouldn't be working in radio.  the thing tanks and is gone within 2 to 3 years, i predict.  and they are raising the rates.  that will keep people listening.  fucking idiots.
