Anybody been to the Southern in Charlottesville?

what is the place like??

I'm considering the Aaron Freeman show there December 1....

Small little place, I've seen numerous shows there.  Doesn't fit a lot of people but it's a really laid back place.  Used to be a bookstore a long time ago.

is that the place downtown? if its where i'm thinking, then i saw tycho there about a year ago. laid back place indeed

Yes it's downtown.  We all know the date hutch will be there so we can avoid it.  Oh, I'm kidding calm down.

I was just curious... honestly the time, cost of gas and my guzzling car makes it prohibitive... probably will see him at the Hamilton... just sucks that the Hamillton is $33 and the Southern is $17....

$33 for Aaron Freeman is just too much....of course I can do it but I just don't particularly want to...

we're getting DC jacked on ticket prices here..
