I thought i read on the internet.  Maybe I saw the date in a search.  I could be wrong.

Not really sure how I feel about this.  In any event, a club date would be must-see.

It's a real stretch for the mats. Indication is that their shows are riot fest exclusives and that it's only westerberg and Stinson, no Chris Mars

Don't know how I feel about these replacements shows....but do know if they play around here it's no question I'll be there.

I just want Paul WEsterberg to get back out there... he's been gone way too long and is missed.... I hope he's ok from his hand injury... tell me he can play guitar.... I saw Tommy Stinson at Iota about two years ago and it was pretty good....what a nice guy...

they can call it what they want but at the end of the day its going to be Westerberg/Stinson... I guess if they play Replacements songs nothing wrong with that..

I hope we get an area show...I'd check it out in a heartbeat.

I think headlining Riot Fest is the wrong way to go about this, but shooting themselves in the foot so suits their style.

The sad reality is that the Mats would have had to get a new lead guitarist anyways and I respect the drummer's choice not to participate.

That is one band if the original members are not in the band I don't think anyone would complain too much.  Worst live band I have ever seen.  And that is by a far margin.  And I saw them in their prime.
