Long Weekends

What do you all do on long weekends?  I'm worried I actually prefer regular weekends because I have no idea what to do with three day weekends.

finally clean up the apartment, 'cause regular weekends don't seem to allow for it

play some music, finally... instruments have been woefully neglected as of late.

Find a restaurant you haven't tried yet but intrigues you and go.  Same goes for any museum, art gallery, monument, local park, etc.  This area has so much that's free or cheap and close that there's no excuse for not having anything to do.  Get thee on a bike and find a trail, go to a pond/lake/river and fish.

Hell, jump onto a Chinatown bus and explore NYC.

volunteering at summerstage on saturday.

and going to some liberals drinking freely party on sunday with friends to celebrate Bush's birthday (or something like that). i just know it involves drinking in a nearby bar with friends.

seeing hancock on the 4th before i hit sonic youth.

theres probably other stuff packed in there too. i dont like 3 day weekends because i plan way too many things to do and feel like i never have enough time.

oh yeah and a date or two in there also.
