I bought tickets for an upcoming show, and they were lost in the mail. Ticketfly is refusing to re-print the tickets (even though they can't provide confirmation that the tickets were shipped and are fully capable of killing the bar codes), and they've put the tickets at Will Call for me. Can I pick up my tickets before the day of the show? Not to come off as totally impatient, but I would rather have my tickets in hand so that I don't have to wait it out in the line on a cold fall night. Thanks!
