maybe i'm behind the times (quite likely, actually) but i've just discovered
Public Service Broadcasting
today and they are rocking my world. PSB has been the soundtrack to my afternoon, and likely many a future trip to the gym.
a mix of post-rock, 90's inspired electronica (lots of elements of trance) and 1950's voice-overs. very cinematic yet makes your head bob to the beat.

This band is "free" on Amazon Prime. I shall download their music and enjoy listening to it.
