1.  $45 / $65 ticket tiers - all reserved? 
2.  If yes, are all balcony seats priced @ $45?
3.  Presales (if available) online only?
3.  What box office would be open for general onsale @ 1000 this friday to avoid ticketlfy fees?

2.  No.  Front balcony and boxes are $65.
