Or so says the current issue of Playboy. That tidbit thanks to Fountains of Wayne Newsletter.
But the real reason we are here... From the home office in Intercourse, PA the latest Bigger Lovers news..
Hi All -
Just back from the all-you-can-eat barbecue/Tex-Mex buffet masquerading as a music conference known as South by Southwest. Thanks to all who watched us make noise, break amps and get drunk. Here's some random thoughts from the shindig:
*David Cross is the most approachable celebrity this side of Willard Scott
*Robyn Hitchcock must get dressed in the dark
*We don't like playing outside in parking lots
*The Dutch sure seem to love their alt-country (`Ohhhh, I love Villard Grant & Kelly Villis)
*Pete Yorn is short
*Lone Star is a better beer than Shiner Bock
*The "Fat Hive" is the cutest member of the Hives
*All Night Radio is a "Band to Watch"
*Philly to Austin is a long ass drive, any way you slice it

In other news, early reviews are in for "This Affair Never Happened... And Here Are Eleven Songs About It." People seem to enjoy it. Buy a copy from our site (
