Five Favorite Songs July Edition
« on: July 22, 2008, 10:02:00 am »
July's five are a result of getting ready to DJ The English Beat/The Fixx/The Alarm show until getting bumped at the last minute.  So lots of ska, anthemic, synthpop, 80s, etc was under consideration.  Here's what would have been spun for sure.

Guess Who's Coming To Dinner - Black Uhuru
What I Like Most About You Is Your Girlfriend -  The Special AKA
Long Hot Summer - The Style Council
The â??Sweetest Girl" - Scritti Politti

These songs run together on the record.
Switchin' To Glide/This Beat Goes On - The Kings
