I got into the Band of Horses a few months ago and immediately  started cursing because they were only playing festivals and not smaller clubs. Luckily, they decided to grace DC with their melancholy presence and I was given the opportunity to do their poster. If you are interested, you can check it out at El Jefe Design

That's the joy having bands added after these get printed.

I bought this album and have really really tried to like it. And I just don't. I don't have a problem with weird vocals (love Suede, BTS, Antony, Shudder to Think) but BoH's are just grating.

I saw them on national tv, and thought the singer looked like a horse. Or maybe it was the guy from Tapes and Tapes.

That reminds me.

Saw the Art of Modern Rock exhibit in Seattle a few weeks ago at the Experience Music Project.

There is some incredible rock art out there!  Easily my favorite part of the overpriced Experience (Seattle's) Music Project.

Posters are a mere ten bucks at the show (cheaper than a cd or shirt) for a silkscreened poster. Prices are higher on the site due to the free shipping via FedEx and packaging in durable tubes.
