Nightclub 9:30 25th Anniversary?
« on: April 23, 2005, 12:22:00 pm »
Hey, Seth

Didn't your club open in 1980? According to  this page it opened on May 30, 1980 with Tiny Desk Unit.

5/30/05 is the first night of Kraftwerk, which I'm attending. Any plans for any kind of celebration? Free silver? Or just let it pass unnoticed?

there was an awesome article Mark Jenkins wrote a few years ago for the City Pap about the history of the club from its founding onward.  Wish there was a way to dig it up....

The article is available on the City Paper's site, you have to pay $2.95 to access the full text, though.
