alt-country Socialist Steve Earle sells the Revolution t
« on: July 13, 2005, 09:00:00 am »
Nice to see him sell the song "The Revolution Starts Now" to Chevy to use in a truck commercial mere months after it was supposed to be a big protest song against the system...anybody else hear it during the All Star Game last night?

I'm just glad the AL won so the Red Sox will have home field advantage in the World Series again.

0-for during the homerun derby & only position player NOT used during the actual game...Geesh.

I bet the National League team would have done a whole lot better if they had kept carpenter in for a few innings and then brought in Clemens, Cordero and Lidge for the rest.

bay's having a pretty good year, though. its a tough call weather he'd get in or not if that rule wasn't there. either way he was on the roster, i'm sure fans of the sox or yankees would like to see the guy that will be playing for them in 3 years
