I can tell you that no one really seems to know for sure. There were rumors of a break up and that Blake was having depression issues, but everyone I know who emailed Jade Tree records said that Jade Tree said that JTB was still a band.
I haven't checked the Jade Tree Message Board, but there was a discussion about JTB on there sometime ago. Maybe it's alive and kicking again. If nothing else, you find someone who can help you from the record company.
There is also one other guy on this board who follows Jade Tree artists pretty closely, but I haven't heard from him in a couple days so he be on vacation or something.
