An oddly booked show, and i HATE Hello Tokyo. Dance Party are ok, but don't go with Asobi at all. The fans might get in a fight. Also, I am very interested to hear what the turn-out for this show is, as Asobi, despite drawing well other places, has not drawn well here.

Hello Tokyo were kinda boring, and the show started a bloody hour late. The Dance Party were pretty energetic, and got the crowd going, if nothing else. Asobi Seksu were good, but the acoustics weren't great for the first couple of shows to begin with. With Asobi doing the MBV revival/J-pop thing, it was more or less sheer chaos. Not in a good way. You could barely hear anything once the FX pedals were going.

Oh, the box office girl was telling me how surprised she was at the turnout by 9pm (didn't even start before 10PM). By the time Asobi took the stage, the place was pretty much packed to capacity.
