When this traveling act first came to DC, I went the second weekend. Who knew they'd be such a high-priced, still-around-after-all-of-these-years-"phenomenon". 10 years ago I zoned a bit after 45 min....IMO, I'd go to Black Cat. Then head to 9:30.
