OMG, thank you SO MUCH for informing me. I am a long time Jandek fan and live in Richmond and had NO IDEA this was happening. I will definitely be there.

Weird. I always thought the primary appeal of Jandek was that he didn't do things like play shows. Or show his face in public.

It was. There is a growing "Jandek has jumped the shark" sentiment now that he's, you know, playing 6 shows a year.
