 Arrogant-holier-than-thou prick.  Had the Jr. won the race, Gordon fans would have joined the rest of the crowd and littered the track - it wasn't just Jr's fans.  If this weeks race ends under similar circumstances, you can bet your sweet ass that I will throw debir on the track after travelling as far as I'm going to see the race.    NASCAR had plenty of time to make the race go to green for the finish and they dropped the ball.

At least Gordon can back-up his cockiness with his track record.  When he was on, his performance was nothing short of phenomenal.  Jr., on the other hand, hasn't even won a dozen races yet (I don't think).  His biggest success is being the son of a legend. Listening to his fans, you'd think he was ready to usurp Richard Petty as the King of Nascar, when he really hasn't been all that impressive.
 
 However, I do agree that ending the race under caution is very lame.  They could have easily red-flagged it and given the crowd an exciting finish.  As for throwing debris, there's no excuse. Stop acting like a bunch of babies.  We'll see how happy they are when Nascar bans coolers from the races and they all have to stand in line for 20 minutes for their $6 cups of beer.

 Maybe I'll just letter instead.  It will likely depend on whether I've been beer or Mountain Dew I suppose.  It's a good thing Tony Stewart fans don't wave chain saws purchased at Home Depot in the air when he wins.

Well Gordon is in his 12th full season while Junior is in his 4th or 5th, but you're right, Gordon's 64 victories in 12 seasons is very impressive.  Junior has only won 9 races.
