Runs in the family...
« on: July 16, 2003, 11:25:00 am »
So I heard that the Dropkick Murphy's were added to the Sex Pistols/Reverand Horton Heat shows on the West Coast.  I'm hopefully going to the Sex Pistols shows in Vegas so I went to the Murphy's web site to check it out.  It's true, by the way - west coast only though.

Anyhow, they recently posted pictures from their warm-up show at the Key Club in LA.  It's always good to see your 30 year old sister (a mother of 2!) on stage hanging on the guitarist and doing the family proud with a jig.

This would be smackies older sister:

either way though, that's pretty funny.

At first I had the same feeling, but then I was thinking that my mom would never have been that cool.  At this point, I'm very proud of my sister.  And like me, she doesn't look a day over 25 anyhow, so why act it?

No, sorry Mank, happily married for 6 years now.  Coolest guy on the planet, the best brother in law a guy like smackie could ask for - educated, treats her well, a punk fan and HUGE MAN U supporter.

Geez, Smackie, I've always though most 30-39 year old were more attractive, with better tastes and style, than most 25 year olds anyway....30 is only 12 years removed from childhood!

I completely agree, which is scary, mankie agreeing with Rhett. The 30+ ladies are just as attractive as the 25'something crew, only without the "my shit doesn't stink" attitude.

When are you going to post the pictures of her breastfeeding? I want to know how she is at child care.

My nephew is 5 and a half ("Bobby's Red Racers" for reference, Rhett) and my neice turns 3 on tuesday, so I think she's done with the breast feeding.  As for the kids behavior - my nephew is the most well behaved, fun child I've ever met and my neice is sure to be just like her mother - an absolute pistol until the day she dies!
