According to the email, it will be available in stores, though they don't say when:

 Just check out the song I Found A Reason from the s/t album.  Excerpt from the liner notes: "Kenny Rogers really WAILS on the bass and when you hear him sing 'Condition' you will have no doubts at all about what condition HIS condition is in!"  Kick 'em out Kenny.
