Assuming you've deleted your cookies, temporary internet folders and history...check your temp files, history on your pop-up blocker / search function.
 Explore your profile folder further, sometimes temp files linger (temp/history/cache/temp. int. folder/music).
 Search for .tmp/.html/.mp3, er whatever you were looking at...
 Send me a PM - for a few US cents, I can help track it down.   ;)
