So, anyone have details?  What the hell is this crap?  Will the actual movie cast members be there?  Shit, why not just bring back Spinal Tap!

Maybe if the price was raised to $50, you could get Fred Willard.

Mighty Wind actually toured as the opener for Spinal Tap. That's what gave inspiration for the movie. Kind of funny, because the band members overlap, so they were in essence opening for themselves.

I think you mean the folksmen, the trio comprising the same 3 guys as the Tap.  I imagine that would be a pretty insane show.

The opener for Tap some years back were "The Folksmen". They did open for themselves.......brilliant! Thanks Seth for bringing this one around. Grabbed 6 ticks yesterday and they're all taken already! Chris Guest is fucking brilliant and I'll check out anything he's involved in. We were just speaking the other week about a possible tour coinciding with the release of the DVD! "Blood On The Coals" forever! Get to see Parker Posey in her hot little "New Main Street Singers" outfit!!  Hot Damn!!
