New Fiery Furnaces, anyone?

How is that new album? Pitchfork wasn't a big fan, and I'm listening to a track now on Insound Radio named "Seven Silver Curses" that's pretty painful.  
 
 Is the rest of the album like this? If so, what a disappointment...
