Bruce Almighty cosmological error

When Bruce pulls the moon's orbit closer, why doesn't he negate the flood tide effects on Asia?  After all, if He, like God is all-powerful he could do it.

If he can make Jennifer Anniston's mammaries larger, why then, doesn't he make his schlong longer?
