I've never heard of these guys. I know it's hard to pigeon-hole an artist but how would you categorize them?

They are a french band buddy buddy with Air, who are favs of Sophia Coppola.  They had a song in Lost in Translation and I believe in Virgin Suicides as well.  Well their first record is a bit schizo... a bit of this that and the other thing often in the same song.  Their second is much more laid back... a bit like easy listening funky disco.  they get their groove on so to speak.  I heard they turn up the amps in concert though

damn!  maybe if we're patient they'll do more touring.  I wasn't too fond of their latest album, though. much prefered the first.

i'm not so enthused about the new one either, but it sounds like they rock out during their shows...
