I usually just lurk and don't post but I have to disagree -- the Cody Chestnutt CD is brilliant.  enough said..back to lurking...
 
 the only actually talented bands on that list are Sigur Ros and Bright Eyes (well, that is a stretch).... The rest are either shite or are mediocre derivations of bands of the past. [/QB][/QUOTE]

I have seen Cody Chesnutt and Floetry on separate occasions, and they put on some great shows. I have Cody Chesnutt's cd. It's a great cd, but I haven't played the 2nd disc yet. Those are the only shortlist finalist I've seen in concert.
