Who's going to be #3
« on: June 12, 2003, 03:25:00 pm »
David Brinkly (82) and Gregory Peck (87) both died today.

Who's going to pull the hat-trick out of the bag for us?

 Bob Hope?

When you get right down to it:
Screwing up the environment, giving the rich more money, screwing over poor folks and minorities, etc

those pale in comparison compared to naming everything you can think of after someone who isn't dead.  No class, no class at all.

No class? It's all about 'class'. Class as in caste systems.

It use to be "Let them eat cake." Now it's worse than that. They don't even want us to have any cake. They want to have the entire cake and eat it too! Oh, but guess who has to bake the cake?

Glad I'm not the only one confused.  Do any of the posts in this thread relate to any other?

Actors always die in three's, and since Donald Regan never acted (except to pretend that Ronnie was in charge and that he didn't know about Iran-Contra), Hume Cronyn was the third actor to die.
