If they would address the real issues instead of ignoring everything other than constantly cracking the whip on the teachers for things that the administration and everyone else does to screw things up, maybe they could keep a few more qualified teachers. No matter what you think, the mass exodus of truly qualified teachers says a whole lot in itself. It's not just a few who can't cut the mustard. It's at least 50% all across the board who have invested an incredible amount of time, money, blood, sweat and tears...lots of tears, who have finally decided to pack it all in and leave the abuse and other crap behind. Believe me, that is not and easy decision and step to take.
