Has anyone here seen the Killers?  I wish Secret Machines were playing with them at the upcoming 9:30 Club show.  Ambulance isn't enough to get me there, and I only know the Killers' MTV2 hit of the moment...

all music says they formed in 2002. Perhaps not that freaky. Unless they were a cover band ala SR-71 for 10 years.

I saw them on the Stellastarr*/Ambulance Ltd. tour earlier this year and the sound mix was absolutely horrible. However, my friend went to the next show on the tour, the next night and said it was much improved, so maybe it was just the venue. I'm thinking about going to see them, but more for Ambulance Ltd.

Nope, but I have the album, its all the same cheesy-pop. Kinda good, kinda,  we didnt learn anything in the 90's, so let us head back to 1985..

I also saw them at that show and wasn't impressed. But some time has passed, so maybe they've improved. My problem wasn't so much with their sound. It was their lackluster energy while on stage. (Come on! With a sound like that, show some life! Or even swagger.) But as everyone already knows, I love Ambulance, so I will definitely be at this show. (And the Killers tune "Jenny was a Friend of Mine" is dance-y. I hold out hope.)
