how funny. i just read that, and never would of thought to post it here. looking at how hard they have come down on him and what they are allowing/not allowing for him to do, and how little info. on the guy and the case surfaces . . . i would say he's looking at considerable jail time. too bad he is not white and has nice titties that hang out for photogs., like miss lohan or miss hilton, or he could be in and done within mere months.
