there have been many other threads about this, but i personally burned out on the decemberists ... their "cuteness" is easy to overexpose, and they definitely did it for me

I'm with Hoya on this.
 
 I actually had tickets for this weekend, because I thought it was right to give them another chance.  Their early albums and the shows at Black Cat were great.  But the whole hyper-literate stuff has become forced on the last couple of albums and their shows had become insufferable drama club dweeb fests.
