Might be wrong about this but doesn't his mother have custody of their 2 kids? Seriously now, think about this. Until the mother of the kids gets out of jail and they can work out their own family unit arrangements, there is no damn difference than if he had custody of the kids. If he had it, than I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that he'd still be living with his mom while she took care of the kids. He was probably too young to assume legal custody and allowing his mother to have it, is only a
