Anyone get one yet or info on how to get one?

Refunds are through place of purchase.
 
 If you got your tickets from the box office or an outlet then you'll need to return them in person to the same place you paid for them.
 
 If you purchased tickets online or over the phone through www.tickets.com then your refund will be automatic and go back to the card used to make the purchase. It may take one or two billing cycles before you see the refund on your card, depending on who your provider is.
 
 The final day for refunds is Monday, November 26, 2007.

negotiations still ongoing.  last i heard, they wanted guaranteed passage to cuba before they'd talk money.  there was also talk of demands for a penguin and several rolls of duct tape, but i didn't quite get that part.
 
 however this story ends, don't expect to get your service charges back.

As of this afternoon, the chinese trapeze artist has yet to deliver the funds into my bank account.
 
 I am, however, holding on to all four of my specially designed caron ellis tickets + the poster for the shows, since I ordered through their fan club presale. They are preeeety.

I think my favorite part of the Brian Wallace character is his ever growing interest in Miss P. It really sells it to me that it's really a loser teenager the way he hits on the only sub-25 female on here. Good work!

 I belong to the Decemberists one (free) and the Death Cab one (which I paid for). Both bands happen to be in my Top 5 favs.
