Either without fees or for $1 -- I can't remember.
 
 But I must say, the complaint over $3 seems unreasonable.  It's $3, you don't have to do anything but type in to your computer, it's a service/business.  I would balk at $7, say.  What's the charge on shipping?

If that's the case, I might as well put a few $20s in an envelope and mail it myself. Shipping charge  =37c
