Hockey question?

What's the deal with the Caps and Alexander Semin?
 
 Is he another cry-baby "don't wanna play for that team don't wanna don't wanna don't wanna" not unlike baby Huey Lindross, or is there more to the story?
 
 As a side note....I was flipping through the sky channels on Saturday and came across the NASN (I think) North American Sports Network or something. Anyhoooo, they were doing a free preview and the game was the Caps v Wings. I was totally psyched so opened a bottle of vino (beer would've been more appropiate for a hockey game but no beer in house) and sat down to enjoy the game. I watched the pre-show, ran to the loo before the face off, only to discover THE FREE PREVIEW ENDED 10 SECONDS BEFORE THE GAME STARTED!!!  :mad:    :mad:    :mad:

When the lock-out happened the Caps told Alexander Semin to report to their minor league affiliate (at the time the Portland Pirates). He told them he could not, since he had to do his military commitment with the Russian Army. Last I heard he is playing hockey for one the Russian Elite teams and has not done any of his �??so called�?� military service. I think he is just mad being told what to do by the Caps and is holding it against them.
 
 The Caps vs. Red Wings game was great, too bad you missed it.
