« on: August 13, 2007, 03:41:00 pm »
If anyone is in NYC (or nearby areas) and will be in the city on Saturday - you may want to check this out. Its surely going to be a great time.

 Agents,

You are invited to participate in our next mission, The Mp3 Experiment
Four.  It is happening Saturday the 18th (this Saturday!) at 4 PM and
promises to be a boatload of fun.  All information is posted on our site:

 Praise Steve!

Jean Shepherd "invented" them in the 1950s.

That's exactly how I like my fun: completely organized and 100% scripted.  Spontaneity is the opiate of the masses.

i participated in one of their other events and it was far from scripted. they had the idea and told us what was in mind. everything else was up to the participants.

its mindless fun and you end up meeting lots of cool people. i guess in dc everyone obviously knows each other, and meeting someone new (even if its a totally cheesy way) would never appeal to anyone.

so dont go. i posted this for people who were in the area who might find it fun to do. if its not your cup of tea, its not.

 - and i didnt do anything music related last time - so maybe these events are totally different. i have no clue - just looked like fun. and if its not, ill go be an extra in a movie.
