I noticed Birchmere on the nominations for Nightclub Talent Buyer of the Year.  What's the difference between a Nightclub Talent Buyer and Independent Promoter?  A Nightclub Talent Buyer acts purely for his nightclub(s) while an Independent Promoter can book for that and more?
