Muse and Razorlight mtvU tix

The website at mtvU says tix go on sale today for the College Park date but does this mean only on campus?  Anyone have any idea on whether we can buy tix online?  Only dates I see listed on Ticketmaster are the GA date.

my friend in nyc got us tickets this morning, but she had to call in. they arent on ticketmaster yet.
