Velvet Lounge Set Times

I haven't been to the velvet lounge in literally four years or so.
 
 What are the set times there usually, specifically for the headliner? Their website is down.
 
 Anyone else going to see Modey Lemon tonight?

Hard to say. They're super lax. Snailhook will have a more definitive answer for you if he sees this thread.
 
 
 Shows can run as late as 2 AM even on weeknights (last sunday for instance).
 
 
 I was thinking about hitting up this show but probably won't be catching any more shows this week.

 is this place normally 21 and up? and how do you get tickets?

It tends to be 21+ for most shows but it varies. I'm not exactly sure as to what circumstances determine which shows are and aren't. All admition is paid at the door; there are no advance tickets.
 
 Sharron Kraus/United Bible Studies, Ulrich Schnauss and Silver Apples should all be awesome.

ah ok thanks. I'm 19 and really really want to go. Ulrich Schnauss is practically one of my idols in music.

The site lists whether each show is 18+ or 21+; you'll have a definitive answer once it's back up.
 
 Been down since monday and is still down last I checked, though.

 A little odd given that the more well known acts that play there are 18+.
 
 And he's the most well known act to play there probably in the last year second to Damo Suzuki.

Yeah I saw that earlier tonight. I'm pretty bummed about it. Thanks for trying to give me the heads up though!
