Leaving tickets at will call for late-comer

According to a previous FAQ entry (http://www.930.com/cgi-bin/ubb-cgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=003051), one can leave tickets in an envelope at will call for a late-comer to pick up later.
 
 However, I called the club earlier today and the person on the phone said this was not allowed.  I'm hoping that they were unaware of this policy.  
 
 Could someone please confirm?  Thanks!  (The tickets are already at will call, so the first person will grab their ticket then re-assign the envelope)

You can leave tickets for friends at will call.   Occasionally there are shows where we can't hold the tickets but they are few and far between.
