Virgin Fest will call

When does the will call open? Also will I be able to leave my friend's ticket for her in her name since we're arriving separately? Thanks much!

Will Call will be open by 9am
 
 Leaving tickets will be dealt with on a case by case basis. It will really depend on the number of tickets you are asking to leave and the nuber of tickets they have already been asked to hold.
